Your outgoing personality, people skills and negotiation expertise will be valuable as a member of our Recruitment Department. If you enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced company that is growing exponentially, then this is the position for you.This position is home based. Open for locations nationwide.No third party recruiters permitted to contact ONR regarding this position. Responsibilities/QualificationsWho YOU Are...Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.Experience and Knowledge:nnExceptional healthcare industry knowledge and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience.nProven track record of successfully hiring talent to meet the needs of the company.nOutstanding negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections.nOrganized, highly motivated and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Able to pivot.nExcellent oral and written skills and the ability to create effective job postings and informative email/ texting campaigns.nAbility to think outside the box to develop creative recruiting strategies.nSkillful at screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate skills and arranging interviews with clinical supervisors.nAbility to partner and collaborate with all levels of clinical management team.nProven ability to design and execute targeted full-cycle recruiting campaigns.nExperience navigating Internet job boards: Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Facebook and others.nProficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. nExperience with effectively utilizing an applicant management system to track candidates.nExcellent candidate management techniques.nAbility to arrange and schedule administrative and clinical orientations.nProven work ethics and ability to work remotely.nnWhat YOU Will Do...Essential Duties:nnWork with hiring managers on recruiting requirements; develop and execute recruiting plans; network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees; coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives; efficiently and effectively fill open positions; maintain recruiting records in database.nConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; demonstrate knowledge of area facilities in order to successfully recruit appropriate candidates.nResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; build networks to find qualified passive candidates; post openings in newspaper advertisements, internet, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues; research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.nConduct prescreening interviews; review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements; maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the ONR database; perform reference, background checks and license verifications; manage salary negotiations; write and forward rejection letters; assist in setting up interviewing and selection of employees onsite at facilities; prepare and send offer packages; arrange and schedule orientations.nAttend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition; develop working relationships within colleges or associations to aid in recruiting; give presentations at associations or colleges, attend association meetings, and increase awareness of the company before and after career events.nMeet productivity standards as set by department standards; attend departmental meetings.nPerform other tasks as requested; abide by all ONR policies and procedures.nn,occupationalCategory:Healthcare Recruiter, Recruiter}
