u003cpu003eThis role is accountable for partnering with all levels of management to provide human resources expertise in various aspects of the human resources function including but not limited to employee relations, recruiting processes, performance management, coaching, compliance, and policy questions/development.u0026nbsp; u0026nbsp;This role will also serve as a direct point of contact on all compliance issues related to the human resources function; primarily responsible for ensuring HR compliance with external regulations, government requirements, and internal policies.u0026nbsp;u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for addressing and resolving employee relations issues as they arise.u0026nbsp; Accountable for providing coaching and recommendations to managers and employees with respect to employee relations with 100% compliance to Littleru0027s internal policies and procedures, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for collaborating with HR leadership to drive manager leadership programs and other employee engagement programs, e.g. Gallup.u0026nbsp; Will become certified in Clifton Strengths and serve as internal champion and trainer to deliver such programs to employee population.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department services performed.u0026nbsp;u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResearch and stay abreast on all employment-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments.u0026nbsp; Partner with the legal team to communicate the requirements associated with all applicable HR-related legal/regulatory and compliance programs.
