• Monthly payroll and compensation & benefit administration•
Essential Responsibilities:• HR Operation process, such as labor contract management, onboarding process, employee transfer process handling, performance management, exit process handling
• Payroll, individual incoming tax, social insurance, housing fund and commercial insurance issues.
• Attendance statistics and take action to control OT hours below 36hrs.
• Salary related reports and budget preparation
• Other temporary tasks assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor degree or above
HR or management related major
At least 2 years’ experience in HR Function, especially in C&B or HR Operation area of manufacturing site.
LM Induction training
CET4 is necessary
Knowledge of labor law & Government regulation
Knowledge of C&B
Good communication & documentation skills.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Desired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
