ADP is hiring a Workforce Planning Advisor. In this position, you'll couple your positive attitude, superb organizational skills and deep understanding of ADP to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes across select areas of our business.

In this role you will be a strategic partner to a global service center organization to optimize productivity and client experience goals by effectively balancing call and case volume and helping put resources where needed. Manage all scheduling (i.e., vacation, overtime, training, etc.) for the client service teams. Adjudicate all exceptions to the schedule. Analyze and be aware of call and case volume trends. Make recommendations to the business where opportunities are present to be a best in class service organization. Present information to partners in recurring meetings to help drive efficiencies. Partner with business intelligence and forecasting resources to bring planning into tactical execution.

Qualifications Required:


High School diploma
3-5 years of Workforce Management experience
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Great team player


Preferred Qualifications:


Some college / degree
Process improvement experience
Experience with mentoring/training peers
Experience interacting with senior leaders
