The People team at Twilio is expanding to support the Company’s exponential growth. This role within the HR Business Partners team offers both local and international exposure in an exciting, fast paced environment. The person in this role will partner with the EMEA HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to support the delivery of People priorities in the region.

2-4 years HR experience in fast paced organisation
Educated to undergraduate degree level preferred
Effective multitasking, interpersonal and collaboration skills as demonstrated in previous roles
A good knowledge of Employment Law in Ireland/the UK and/or other EMEA based countries
Experience working in a role with international exposure preferred
Strong data analysis skills and experience in Excel
Experience creating and sending engaging communications
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas
Keen to continue learning and developing their skill set, having a growth mindset
Process driven with an eye for improving and automating were possible.
What?
As an HR Partner, you will live the Twilio Magic values:
BE AN OWNER:
Provide first line advice and assistance with HR queries in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, global mobility
Own regional HR on-boarding of new hires and off-boarding
Own project management and administration for the EMEA HRBP team
WRITE IT DOWN:
Work closely with HRBPs to prepare presentations and data/insights analysis
Provide customised reporting, prepare and maintain regional data sets
NO SHENANIGANS:
Ensure data quality in preparation for key HR processes, such as performance and compensation reviews
BE INCLUSIVE:
Support processes and plans to address workplace environment, employee engagement, retention issues
Support the facilitation and logistical management of program rollout across EMEA including Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management and Total Rewards initiatives
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Support administration of employee engagement and manager effectiveness surveys
Build effective working relationships with Centres of Excellence teams, collaborating to deliver on People team priorities
Participate in EMEA office site councils to provide an HR perspective
