Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Recruit, screen, interview and represent candidates in the Information Systems industry to our internal Account Managers by performing the following duties: - Source Candidates by recruiting or screening advt calls - Interview, test, and reference check potential candidates. - Create, edit and proofread a resume for each candidate for presentation to our clients. - Contact and sell candidate to insure interest in perspective position. - Update Candidate Information Forms, Resumes, and References in the computer system to insure accuracy. - Take candidates to Placed Candidate lunch. - Work within the guidelines and policies of Petra management. - Foster a team-oriented attitude with employees. - Achieve weekly/monthly/annual goals of New Recruit Interviews, References, Testing, and Placements assigned by Petra management. - Time Management * Ability to effectively manage tasks related to the position. Includes prioritizing daily activities and multi-tasking - The Close * Able to identify and uncover objections of a candidate.
Job Requirements: - Must have 2-5 years of successful direct sales in IT Professional services. - Excellent client contacts and result oriented. - Right attitude and excellent communication and problem solving skills - Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet recruiting tolls. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & emails. - Candidates should be overachievers who have a competitive desire to be a top performer, team player, as well as be able to lead by example. - Strong written /oral communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under stress. - Prefer technical recruiting experience; however, will consider non-technical placement knowledge. - Prefer technical knowledge, such as previous programming or High Tech (software) sales experience. - Self-motivated and a team player. -

Compensation: Salary - Depending on Experience (OPEN) Plus Incentives: Recurring commission on each placement.
