Total Rewards AdvisorWe’re hiring!Aon are currently recruiting a Total Rewards Advisor to join our team in London.This is a hybrid position with a mix of home and office working from our London office.The Total Rewards Advisor will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Benefits team who are responsible for developing and delivering our flexible benefits program to colleagues. Aon's recruitment and selection policy ensures the best possible skill mix of colleagues and the highest quality candidates are appointed using objective job-related criteria.About the RoleYour impact as a Total Rewards Advisor:Supplier management and invoicing:Responsible for supplier management activities including the onboarding of new suppliers, and refresher assessments as and when required.Managing purchase order requests and coordinating approval and payment of monthly invoices.Reconciliation of invoices as required and resolving queries from suppliersReporting:Maintenance of regular reports, and responsible for updating any missing or incorrect data.Completion of monthly and annual reports to ensure accurate reporting to benefit providers and to facilitate underwriting requirements.Provide data in support of our colleague recognition program. Develop and produce monthly and quarterly MI, identifying trends and opportunities to ensure effective use of the program.Ad-hoc reporting and data reconciliation requests across the Total Rewards Team.Benefit, wellbeing, and compensation administration:Responsible for setting up and maintaining records for pension opt-outs and capped pension contribution elections. Completion of an annual audit to ensure accuracy of records.Responding to queries from benefit providers and the flex scheme administration team.Submitting critical illness claims and acting as a point of contact for both colleagues and the benefit provider.Processing sabbatical leave and unpaid leave requests.Support on-going benefit enrolment event activities to include, but not limited to, user acceptance testing and letter production to colleagues on leave.Supporting the compensation team with analysis, administration, and operational work on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.Update and maintain information on UK Wellbeing site.Communicate wellbeing events using Yammer and updating the online events calendar.Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving Aon United, identifying risk / conduct issues and appropriate resolution, driving continuous improvement in, and encouraging / coaching other colleagues to be more “risk wise. Championing the conduct agenda and client values.Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.About youYour knowledge and expertiseEducated to A 'Level or equivalent.Proven administration skills.Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.Strong Excel skills with ability to collate and analyse a large volume of data.Use proven IT and analytical skills to collate, develop and analyse reports/data.Previous experience of using Workday or similar HR information system.Ability to adapt and manage a changing workload and stakeholders, prioritising as necessary to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build effective relationships.Problem solvingConfident to work on initiative to resolve queries.Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
