You will work in a virtual team of global DevOps organization, combining IT & HR professionals and established to support applications in Salesforce HR landscape.

Job Purpose :

They key purpose of the role is to provide technical support, deliver standard business configuration as required as well as support Product Owner in refining detailed business requirements and ensure that changes to the system are properly communicated to end-user group.

Dimensions:

• Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams and across many organizational boundaries (HR and IT)

• Part of the matrix organization – working directly within Salesforce DevOps Teams organized in Scrum of Scrums model as well as remaining part of Digital HR Community and working in full integration with process, data, service delivery, CI and HR performance areas.

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders, particularly from HR Operations, HR in the Countries, and other functions

The role has no direct reports.

Principal Accountabilities:

Monitor system performance and usage with appropriate interventions where and as needed. Create changes to the system and manage individual requests for system maintenance:

Proactively seek out and identify required system changes, to increase user experience and usability.

Manage configuration changes without interruption to the end users

Communicate system changes to the users and support organization in advance, so they understand the impact.

Take active part in managing new releases and efficiently roll out new features.

Maintain System Security, and Integrity as per agreed service catalogue including supporting execution of IRM controls. Assist with new system functionality testing as well as with testing fixes to existing solutions. Create and administer training materials; deliver training to wider support organization /HR Operations Support Product Owner or Business Analyst in refining detailed business requirements, especially when it requires “on-the-ground” validation with impacted HR teams. Apply Agile-Scrum methodology, contribute to Scrum meetings and support effective sprint planning, by timely refining requirements Be the organization’s expert on Salesforce.com – actively participate in Salesforce Success Community, reach out for external best practice and newest Salesforce developments.

Key Challenges:


To maintain a close and successful working partnership with HR IT & HR
Adherence to operational excellence best practices, and the ability to resolve conflicts and explain differences.
Be able to perform root cause analysis and have an in-depth understanding of process and system to be able to provide suitable and viable solutions challenging existing status quo.
Keep up-to date with Salesforce product development and use cases
A global mindset and being champion for change, as well as demonstrate UX/CI behaviours.

Demonstrating consistently a can-do attitude and living the principles of CI behaviors and agile project management.
Effective in working in virtual environment.


Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, IT or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in Shared Services organization or IT organization
Strong IT literacy is an absolute must, with self-drive to expand knowledge and stay up-to-date with newest developments in Salesforce, ApexExchange, SaaS and other IT trends and solutions.
Experience with Salesforce technology is an asset.
Functional knowledge: incl. HR organization, HR Service Delivery Model, HR core systems is an asset.
Strong achievement orientation and delivery with enthusiasm and motivation are important dimensions of the profile, along with the credibility to deal with people.
Able to perform root cause analysis and describe the results in a clear and concise manner.
Organisational and interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation (locally and globally); excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Act independently, demonstrate discretion in knowing when to escalate issues, keeping relevant people informed when appropriate and exercising a proactive sense of responsibility.
Knowledge & experience in data privacy and information compliance areas.
