We are working to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed within our facility. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: u2022 Performs tasks such as setting up files on all new personnel, photographing for badges, obtaining employee numbers for new employees, and recording changes on all employee status changes as necessary (e.g., change of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, terminations, etc.). u2022 Processes applications, employment forms, enrollment forms, pay change requests, informational and other confidential forms and records. Enrolls new employees in various programs and explains benefits. u2022 Maintains and distributes, as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications. u2022 Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports. u2022 Verifies payroll entries and changes with computer printout. Checks for accuracy and reports any discrepancies to higher level personnel. u2022 Tracks employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason. Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities. u2022 Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses. u2022 Assists with participation and summary of internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and planning. u2022 Computes wages and records data for use in payroll processing. May enter data into SAP for processing. u2022 Performs pre-employment screenings and responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures; notifies higher level personnel of any potential issues and grievances, etc. Assist with the administration and scoring of aptitude, personality, and interest tests. u2022 Orders office supplies to support human resources operations and various special events. u2022 May perform new hire orientations. Helps applicants with hiring process such as pre-employment screening, interviewing, job offer, reference checks, and screenings Represents the local branch in job fairs, hiring events, and staffing initiatives Participates in the development of recruiting collateral to ensure qualified candidates, job announcements, job fairs, and other recruiting approachesu00A0u00A0KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:EDUCATION:Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).u00A0EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a minimum of 3 year of related experience.u00A0EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
