The Team
The TA team focus on the following core activities; Attract, recruit and select top talent including exec search, Employer branding, direct sourcing and talent pipelines, Enable internal mobility in collaboration with TD & HRBPs, Increase HM capability in design of attraction & selection tools, Design & manage future talent program’s i.e. Interns/university relations, improving candidate experience and increasing productivity of hiring.
The Position
The Srn TA&B Director – The role Creates and drives the PVH Europe Talent Acquisition and branding Strategy. Ensuring the Talent Acquisition function has the appropriate structure, resources and capabilities to support the growth and vision of the business in Europe. Leading the Talent Acquisition team, this role is accountable and responsible for building business capability by hiring top talent into PVH through employer branding, attraction and recruitment practices.
Reporting into the VP Talent, the successful candidate will lead, coach and develop a team of 30 TA professionals including contractors, with 5 direct reports. The experts in this team are responsible for hiring 800 plus role in Amsterdam HQ (2021 numbers) going forward the team will also be responsible for operating as a true COE for EU teams in the Markets including designing tools, technology, practices and processes which can be leverages across Europe. The primary focus is to give a consistent best in class service to our consumers.
