About THE ROLE
The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding employee experience.
Working at pace, the team operate autonomously and have the creative license to really deliver solutions that enable their stakeholders across the business.
The HR Officer works within the People Services team, facilitating and supporting the business throughout the employee life cycle.
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner for People Services, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all elements of the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring operational excellence in all processing.
Setting the business up for success is a key objective for the HR Officer, getting the right fundamentals in place to ensure a high quality service is provided to the head office and store teams that fall in their remit.
Responsibilities include:
Be an expert across all administrative responsibilities for People Services.
Utilise the HRIS and ensure employee data is kept up-to-date
Manage and adjust all associate/people data in order to provide real time accurate information.
Initiate and complete regular audits to ensure complete confidence in our accuracy
Understand and process Right to Work documents in line with the latest Government legislation
Build or run System reports through the business HRIS – (Workday)
Update and audit the Global Job architecture to support organisational consistency
Support the business and associates on all queries regarding People Operational processes
Facilitate and process hiring, pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding
Guide stakeholders where needed for any operational People Services queries.
Creatively identify solutions to enhance the People Services offering whilst always remembering the importance of employee experience
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement using creativity and commerciality
Analyse and share opportunities for change to practices
Consistently sets behavioral example for team. Manage junior members of the team
About YOU
You will have 4+ years’ experience within an HR Operations or People Services department
A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent in ‘on-the-job’ experience
Experience with stakeholder management - able to build, engage and maintain relationships
A self-starter attitude - Proactive, eager to learn and develop, collaborative and approachable
Fluent in English (other languages desirable)
Previous experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
You'll have a proven track record in an HR role ideally within a retail/fashion business (CIPD Preferred).
You'll be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
You'll have the ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times.
You'll have excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise own/teams workload.
You'll be customer focused, proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table.
You'll be confident in delegating and delivering feedback.
You’ll be professional and be able to demonstrate that you can communicate with colleagues of all levels.
You’ll be a team player.
You will be able to work effectively within a changing business environment.
