Responsibilities
Implement talent acquisition and recruiting process
Conduct employee on-boarding and organize training and development programs
Develop/update job descriptions in cooperation with supervisors
Administer employee compensation and benefit plans
Schedule and assist in employee performance reviews
Support wellness programs and campaigns
Schedule and monitor employee vacations and leaves
Develop and administer health and safety programs and OSHA training
Schedule and monitor employee health and safety evaluations
Interpret Company policies and procedures and resolve issues with employees in regards to adherence of these policies and procedures
Promote programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Document and administer employee discipline and termination processes
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge and understanding of human resources
A Bachelors' degree in a related field of study
At least one year applicable experience as a generalist
Good judgement and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in human resource planning, allocation, and coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
