Job Description:

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Learning Program Advisor will be responsible for the registration, onboarding, progress checks and exits of the participants of Trader Development Programme (TDP) and Jr Trader Programme. He/She will also be responsible for the Query Management of Programs and ensures that all program communication and engagement are conveyed to relevant stakeholders. As a dedicated support for its defined learning program, he/she will be working closely with the program owners to align and deliver the key program objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The role is primarily responsible for overall program coordination as focal point of the participants under Trader Development Programme (TDP) and Jr Trader Programme from onboarding to exit.


Reporting to Team Lead, Learning Programs & Nominations


KEY ACTIVITIES:


End to End coordination of learning programs in-scope

Query Management from program stakeholders

Ensures evergreen program materials (documents, SharePoint Sites, Workday Learning)

Regular Reporting of Program KPIs or Dashboards

Support the delivery of CI initiatives linked to program objectives

Support for program communication, engagement and marketing initiatives as aligned with the learning program owner (LPA)

Will support back up program operations to be assigned within the team
