About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern who will work closely with and
support the talent acquisition team in
recruiting and hiring top talent, while gaining exposure to a variety of human resources functions
Responsibilities Include:
In this role, you will be instrumental in the support of talent acquisition operations and strategic programs across the enterprise with the opportunity to learn about all aspects of Recruiting and HR
Gain proficiency in recruitment practices and the human resources programs that influence them (e.g., job architecture, compensation, operations)
Support all aspects of talent acquisition activities to include Operations, Recruiting, Onboarding and Recruitment Marketing
Learn about the Recruiting Lifecycle and provide additional assistance in areas such as Sourcing & Screen Applicants, System Support and Interview Scheduling
Provide support on recruiting projects including reporting, research, and other tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU:
Current undergraduate rising Junior or rising Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the human resources field
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Preferred:
Experience working with G-Suite and Slack preferred
