Frandsen Corporation is comprised of several companies including Frandsen Bank and Trust. This group of companies is a growing organization looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources Department in Arden Hills, MN. This position is multifaceted and entails responsibilities necessary to support the benefit programs across all Frandsen Companies with a focus on providing administration and analysis of benefits for our employees. The position plays a vital role as part of the Human Resources Team and interacts with each of the companies on a daily basis. This is an exempt, Full-time position with full benefits.
The successful candidate will provide professional, superior customer service to both internal and external customers. Candidates must have an eye for detail, be a strong team player with ability to develop and build good working relationships across the organization, work efficiently, and be flexible and cooperative. Seven plus years experience in the Human Resources function with emphasis on benefit administration is required.
