What’s the role?
IMPORTANT NOTE: This role will be on project for 12 months and maintain operations for several portfolios such as Subsurface, Wells, and Exploration.
The Project Premium Learning Services (PLS) Program Advisor role is primarily responsible for delivering high-touch, high-impact learning operations for defined OD&L – Organizational Development and Learning projects and learning programs. Providing support to the communications agenda of the project/program story and its performance via crafting, organizing, and implementing engagement and marketing resources that includes learning program dashboards, feedback mechanisms, and other digital communication platforms authorized by Shell.
The role will also work closely with the learning business stakeholders (e.g., Learning Excellence/Learning Solutions/Portfolio Advisors) and will receive functional direction from Learning Solutions or Learning Program Owners to deliver high-touch and specialized operations support for defined learning programs. Therefore, a good business understanding is key to enable effective business collaboration and delivery.
Dimensions:
Project Management
Acting as a PMO – Project Management Officer or providing operations support for key OD&L projects or other high-touch, high-impact learning activities where a dedicated resource maybe required, to be aligned with Portfolio OD&L V ice President and L earning Excellence Lead .
Responsible for the Learning Program Dashboard and Feedback Mechanism reporting and monitoring to enable performance of programs by ensuring accuracy of information reported through proper validation process prior release to Stakeholders.
Communications, Engagement and Marketing (CEM) of Learning Events and Learning Solutions
This includes portal rendering service, creating, or revamping marketing materials and communication campaigns for new learning campaigns and events, organization and facilitation of community webcasts in support of the learning program’s C&E – Change & Engage plans. Responsible as well for proper documentation of operational processes and project agreements.
What we need from you?
Bachelor’s Degree with having at least 4 years of experience in Learning Operations and/or Human Resources preferably in Engineering and Technical industries.
Excellent engagement skills across stakeholders from various regions.
Exposure to Project Management and Continuous Improvement or any HR-related improvement or automation projects.
Strong eye to details and knowledgeable in utilizing Excel and PowerBI.
Experience in using Learning Management Systems will be an advantage.
