At ResProp Management, you will work with A-level talent focused on growth and development. Working closely with teammates and various leaders of affiliated companies, you will apply newly developed technology to our business that charts a new course in Multi-Family real estate management.
Our ideal candidate is at the top of their game looking to build out a training department from scratch. You must have experience with in-person training and creating training content. What you will be doing in Year 1:
Traveling 60-70% of the time while building out our training department
Oversee revision and build out of standard operating procedure
Develop and Execute Property Management Fundamentals training
Develop and Execute Sales Training for ResProp
Leverage current Learning Management System for more training/tracking
Create Mentor program and identify areas of opportunity for additional training needs
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university
6-9 years experience, with a minimum of 5 years property management experience
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience
Strong desire to build a world-class program
Extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability
Extreme bias to execute
An entrepreneurial nature, and is not afraid to think outside the box
Willingness to work across a multitude of teams, capabilities, and projects
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX
