About the Role
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced employee benefits professional to join our Global Benefits Team! Reporting into the Head of Global Benefits based in the US, this subject matter expert will be responsible for managing benefits programs, initiatives and projects for our APJ region (10 countries), as well as driving efficient administration and operational excellence for current and new programs.
What You Will Be Doing
End to End Program Management and Administration: responsible for evaluating, designing and maintaining benefits programs (including risk, healthcare and retirement plans) in the APJ region that align to Pure’s global benefits philosophy, strategy and roadmap, as well as local market norms and regulatory requirements
Manage benefit renewals, including RFPs, cost impact analysis, and presenting proposals to internal stakeholders
Manage all implementation of new benefits vendors, including project management with cross-functional partners in legal, payroll, and finance
Own and manage vendor relationships (insurance providers, brokers, etc) and monitor vendor performance
Manage and stay on top of compliance and local regulatory requirements pertaining to our APJ benefit programs
Communicate with and educate employees on Pure’s benefit programs, including the design and maintenance of benefits summaries and country-specific pages on our intranet site
Administration & Operational Tasks: processes include benefits on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits costs reconciliation and tracking, and monthly processing which includes payroll deductions, billing
Assess, analyze and identify gaps and inefficiencies in our current benefit administration process, make recommendations for improvements and automation, and document and implement new processes
Resolve queries from employees, managers and the HR Team via a benefits inquiry ticketing system
Support other global benefits initiatives/programs and complete region specific surveys, as needed
What You Bring To The Team
A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of APJ benefits and/or relevant experience
Experience with administering benefit programs in India is a must
Experience supporting a technology company with international growth
Strong project and vendor management experience
Must be detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to develop strong collaborative relationships/partnerships within the company (e.g. business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, HRIT) and with external vendor partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
A self-starter who is highly motivated, with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility when there is ambiguity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday
Experience with implementing a benefits administration system a plus
