We love to work as a team & celebrate successSplunk is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits – APAC to join our Total Rewards team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation, this position will be responsible for APAC compensation and benefits client support and partnership across Splunk. Responsibilities:APAC compensation client support for all functions at Splunk, requiring strong consultation, collaboration and influencing skills.Represent Splunk’s benefits strategy and programs with employees and leaders.Provide feedback and input and represent the region in the design of Total Rewards programs.Partner with Business, HRBP and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, transfers as a consultant on all aspects of compensationRegular interaction with all levels of management to address compensation issues and develop and implement effective solutionsWork on creative compensation packages needed to attract and retain talentAssist with the development and execution of training and education for people managers, in order to enhance manager’s knowledge level of Splunk’s compensation programsSupport compensation programs and work on compensation projects, as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience10 years compensation experience:Building salary and equity rangesMarket analytics, has worked with Radford survey dataSupporting focal and bonus programsDesigning offers to attract top talentDesigning retention packagesJob levelingUnderstanding of compensation legislated requirements in APAC countriesExperience with consulting and advising executives on compensationSome experience with benefits preferredWe value diversity at our company.
