What We’re Looking For:
The Sr HR People Analyst plays an integral role within the HR by deriving, synthesizing, and presenting insights from our human capital data. These insights shed light on our organizational health and influence crucial problem solving and decision making for HR and business leaders across 2U. The HR People Analyst combines their technical aptitude with functional expertise and storytelling capability to bridge the gap between business problems and data driven solutions.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Support new system implementations from discovery to launch and partner cross functionally with IT to help design and build out People analytics data warehouse
Experience in exporting and combining data from HRIS and other systems into analytic software such as Excel/Sheets, Tableau, SPSS/SAS, etc.
Experience in or proven ability to learn how to create self service reports in Workday that are intuitive and scalable
Develop, test and validate analytics dashboards in Tableau or other analytic software so leaders can easily draw insights and recommendations
Manage projects and present data-informed narratives and analysis to 2U business leaders in partnership with HR business partners.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1 years of experience in advanced SQL
1 years of experience in creating analytics dashboards
Minimum 2-4 years experience directly related to the specified responsibilities.
Expert proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Forms; advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, chart creation) and PowerPoint also critical.
Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Greenhouse ATS, and Tableau data visualization, or the proven ability to learn and master new systems quickly.
