The P&O Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing site based P&O activities and tasks specifically related to our RPO recruitment processes.

Duties: Serve as primary site contact with the RPO and temp to hire agencies
Support internal and external non-exempt/exempt recruiting and facilitate internal and external recruiting and selection processes
Support broader Site Leadership teams and P&O teams where necessary
Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
