Responsibilities:Assist with administration of all newly acquired locations to ensure smooth integrationAssist with new hire on-boarding processPrepare new teammate filesAssist teammates and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and proceduresAdminister I-9 and E-VerifySystem administration (resetting passwords, approving basic transactions)Assist with exit interviewsMaintain confidentiality of company and teammate informationAssist in preparation, distribution and processing of annual benefit open enrollment materialsUpdate and maintain teammate benefits, employment status, and similar recordsPerform HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenanceProvide daily administrative support including copying, scanning, preparing forms, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, and filing electronic and hard copy filesAssist in the planning and execution of employee engagement events and celebrationsAssist the HR team with projectsRequirements:All applicants must have prepared payrollKnowledge of general human resource laws and regulationsHigh attention to detail and the ability to work in a team setting2 years' experience in a professional setting requiredBachelor's degree preferred in HR or Business fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and quick systems learnerExcellent oral and written communication skillsAccuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong time-management skills and ability to multi-taskStrong client service focus and ability to work effectively in a team environmentSelf-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervisionSUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE LAWS TO THE CONTRARY, THIS EMPLOYER MAY REQUIRE ALL EMPLOYEES TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 AS A CONDITION OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT.
