This is a unique opportunity as this role will give the individual an overall view on how a fast-growing business is run, opportunities to contribute to the company’s overall strategy and help drive its successful execution, and direct exposure to the leadership team.

Flexibility and a broad scope of skillsets are crucial as this role will require the individual to be a confident multi-tasker that can quickly pivot to and from tasks such as executive comms, project management, vendor management, financial planning , budget management,  HR Digital Strategy, Resource planning and including run and operations.

The Digital Business Service Owner is responsible for the development and management of the company's digital capabilities. This individual will lead the creation of a digital roadmap, define and manage the Global digital portfolio for the HR Systems, and work closely with HR domain teams to ensure that digital initiatives align with the overall business strategy.

 

Duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible to:


Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and digital solutions that can enhance the digital capabilities.
Partnering with Domain to define and manage the capabilities Global digital portfolio, including the selection, prioritization, and implementation of digital initiatives
Thinking big picture to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Digital security, Regional HR and IT teams, product management, and operations teams, to ensure delivering digital initiatives
Delivering successful project management, coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Providing authoritative guidance in the resolution of complex problems or issues related to critical activities for the organization: Strategic, Projects, Operations
Managing regular executive meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability
Supporting actively in, ownership and oversight of strategic initiatives, data gathering and consolidation requests, and ad hoc or special projects as needed
Maintaining a consistent communication and socialization plan to ensure all stakeholders have the most up to date information
Providing oversight regarding the development and implementation of measuring, reporting, and supporting ongoing decision making services: KPIs ,SLAs : Programs | Initiatives | Operations | Vendors
Manage vendor partnerships and contracts, review and find opportunities to improve services, reduce costs
Providing support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business: Leadership Workshops, Stakeholder Engagement Workshops, Regional Engagements
Manage capacity forecast & Planning, skill forecast & development to effectively manage allocations & report financials
Stay current on digital trends and advancements, evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on the capability's digital services.

Qualifications

Education


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems
Master’s degree in business administration preferred or relevant experience to match


 

Experience


On average, candidates are expected to have 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 in project management roles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation or related fields.
Experience in Workforce Management, Payroll & Benefits.
Deep understanding of Core HCM Technologies namely Oracle HCM, Kronos, Workday or similar.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.


Good to have


Exposure on leading large HR digital transformation programs
Exposure to toolsets such as ServiceNow HR enterprise, SAP Payroll
