Requirements and Competencies
Equivalent work experience or a Bachelors Degree required, preference in business or Human Resources.
5 years business experience required, Human Resources experience preferred. 5 years management experience required.
Strong understanding of systems, reporting, metrics and data for People processes including data operations and reporting, relocation, staffing/recruitment/onboarding, and the People Cycle.
High level of service mindset. Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering business solutions
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experienced presenting complex data to Sr. Management
Strong understanding of related policies, internal and external standards, controls, regulations
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team within the People Business Services macro process area of the BSC. Active performance management including defining/measuring goals, recruitment/selection, resolution of employee issues, effective development, and proactive workforce and succession planning and alignment of resources as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage all PBS Operation processes for relocation, HR systems (SAP HR, OPR, PA/IDP, etc.), data operations, standardized and ad/hoc reporting on people metrics, staffing/recruiting/onboarding, and People Cycle. Ensure all required processes, system feeds, business transactions, and reporting are properly executed in a timely manner
Conduct BSC routine management responsibilities including stand up meetings, action logs, target setting/cascading, etc. Maintain a positive work environment including ensuring team is adequately equipped to perform duties and responsibilities, provide regular and effective feedback, managing employee retention, compliance with safety procedures.
Determine, prepare, and manage team metrics. Provide required reports and analysis of report data to management. Monitor process performance and addressing gaps.
Ensure internal and external standards/regulations, and controls are in place and complied with.
Stay abreast of latest developments, leading practices, and trends in macro processes that may impact the BSC
