SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
You will source passive technical talent using a variety of sourcing strategies.
Employ advanced research methodologies to find and qualify all-star engineering candidates.
Act as a brand ambassador.
Use your keen instinct and knowledge of relevant markets to entice top quality engineers and tech leaders to engage in dialogue with us about new and exciting job opportunities.
Leverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value proposition.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
At least 1 year experience in a technical research/sourcing role
Zest for learning and an enthusiasm for growing a team
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Google apps
Experience leveraging sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and high tech markets in tech hubs in the Czech Republic
Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment in Prague
