What’s the role?
The Project Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and management of all Level 1 Assessment in Shell Project Academy (SPA), all Experienced Deal Lead (EDL) and Champion Deal Lead (CDL) Assessments in Commercial Academy (CA), and all registrations and queries related to the 360 Assessment, including but not limited to:
Assessor and candidate support through query management, assessor matching, and assessor briefing
Support the panel meetings for all Level 2 Assessments in SPA, and for all EDL and CDL Assessments in CA through coordination activities including drafting the minutes of the meeting; and provide high-level initial reviews for Levels 1-4 Assessments in SPA and will be a key contributor in achieving the performance objectives of the assessment programmes.
Commercial Academy
Provide end-to-end administration and management of all Experienced Deal Lead (EDL) and Champion Deal Lead (CDL) Assessments, including but not limited to assessor and candidate support through query management, assessor matching to candidates, and assessor briefing.
Manage all scheduling and rescheduling activities and provide coordination support related to EDL and CDL Assessments, including assessor briefing sessions, EDL and CDL pre-, during, and post-interviews, panel meetings.
Provide logistical support during assessor briefing sessions and panel meetings, including drafting the minutes of the meeting for cascading to the Implementation Committee (IC), and drafting the announcement for newly accredited EDLs and CDLs for cascading to the CA Community.
Manage queries from candidates and assessors on a timely basis.
Provide weekly progress reports of candidates to the Academy Assessment Advisor.
Update assessor bank regularly to maintain data accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of assessment results in respect to participants.
Shell Project Academy
Facilitate assessment of all Level 1 (Projects and Opportunities Function) submissions from a full Desktop Review (DR).
Provide Level 1 assessment result and outcome feedback to candidates after a full desktop review.
Provide basic DR for all assessment levels. This is the same with the full DR except for the JCP review, assessment result and outcome feedback.
Provide pre, during and post Level 2 Panel Meetings support such as: Coordination of Assessors and Panel Members availability; In-call support and documentation during the actual panel meeting; Providing a draft of the Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Maintain confidentiality of assessment results in respect to participants.
Deliver and extract all relevant reports from CEMS and upload on SharePoint.
Delivery of quarterly Progress Report to SPA Assessment Learning Manager/Advisor for cascading to the Implementation Committee (IC).
360 Assessments
Manage and verify all incoming registrations from the On-Demand Assessment Registration Form and programme nominations.
Manage queries and issues from eligible staff, participants, line managers, and evaluators within the agreed SLA.
Provide support to programme managers in progress monitoring by providing regular assessment status reports.
Collaborate and work closely with the third-party vendor to resolve technical issues hindering the completion of the 360 Assessment.
Dimensions:
The role will be on project for 7 months and will be reporting to the Team Lead, Competence Assurance and Assessments and supported by the Competence Assurance Specialist / SME.
Working schedule will be on a midshift in a hybrid type of working set up.
What we need from you?
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with having at least 2 years of experience in Learning Operations, Human Resources, and/or Recruitment.
Ability to communicate in the English language, both oral and written.
Amenable in changes in schedule if necessary.
Excellent engagement skills across a wide range of stakeholders with the ability to identify problems, analyze, and collaborate on the best solutions.
Exposure to Project Management and Reporting and Data Analytics.
