Profile

Comfort Caregivers is seeking a Scheduler/Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team in Scottsdale, AZ. This entry-level role is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Skills needed:
Prior experience in ClearCare Scheduling software.
The ability to match caregiver skills to client needs while controlling overtime pay.
Recruit qualified caregivers through extensive phone and email campaign.
Interview job applicants, verify their references and compare their qualifications to the job requirements.
Use major job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.), social media and referrals to find and attract talent.
Present qualified candidates to the recruiting manager for review.
Provide outstanding customer service to both Comfort
Caregiver clients and job seekers.
Participate in after hour on call 2 to 3 nights per week.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for:
Competitive, self-starters interested in a long-term career in Scheduling/Recruiting.
Previous sales, customer service or human resources experience is a plus.
An ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.
