The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of a dynamic Human Resources team, performing a variety of duties to support the recruitment and onboarding functions of the Talent Acquisition Team. They function as a strategic partner to hiring managers and healthcare leadership regarding recruitment and retention efforts. They conduct candidate sourcing and application screening, design and implement recruitment strategies, interview, negotiate offers with candidates, and assist with facilitation of the onboarding of new employees. This job is not remote and is located at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or related field required
Two years experience in recruitment and/or human resources required
Must have a passion for recruitment of new talent to the organization
