Summary:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition COE Leader, this individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of diversity & early talent recruiting strategies across the enterprise. We are looking for a creative self-starter that has a proven track record of developing enterprise impact early talent & diversity recruiting strategies.Responsibilities Include:Develop and implement centralized early talent & diversity recruiting strategiesEmployment brand strategy (University outreach strategy, align with diversity & inclusion strategy, sourcing strategy, etc.)In partnership with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion office, assist in the development and implementation of our diversity strategy from a recruiting perspectiveDesign processes for sourcing, DEI, integration of career planning & mobility & referral program
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.Experience: 5 years relevant work experienceComputer Skills: Standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of recruitment technologiesCommunication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.Special Skills: Experience with recruitment tools and technology; Experience leading recruitment activities in a high volume environment; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people; effective time management and prioritization skills; detail oriented with focus on quality; Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive positionsSupervisory: Yes, this person will lead a teamTravel: 5-10 domestic trips per year.
