Our Client based in Phoenix, Arizona area is looking for an experienced DIRECT HIRE
HR Business Partner with passion for the people and recruitment. The Human Resource Business Partner will work closely with Leadership to support the overall function of the department, provide recommendations, protect corporate culture, lead initiatives and employee relations matters, and manage special projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Provides basic benefits, recruitment and compensation guidance to business units and works with HR Centers of Excellence in providing plans and solutions
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Oversees and manages HR compliance in regards to Federal, State, and Local employment laws (including Equal Pay, Paid Sick Leave (PSL) laws, FLSA, etc.)
Leads consultant/contract employee relations, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and conducting investigations, as appropriate

Job Qualifications
Must have 3 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
Must have previous utilized UltiPro
