Job Description & Responsibilities
Writing and posting job descriptions.
Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates.
Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company’s needs.
Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
Interviewing candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
Coordinating with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Participating in conferences and meetups to network with professionals.
Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
Engaging in hiring discussions with managers.
Managing end to end campus hiring.
Understanding the dynamics of the diverse groups.
Supporting the full life-cycle recruitment of candidates for roles in Budapest, managing quality candidate flow and successfully fill Junior to Director-level positions.
Responsible for various regional Recruiting projects including process development and improvement locally and globally through collaboration, communication, and execution.
Other administrative and supportive duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources & Recruiting within a multinational company.
Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English communication skills.
Independent, punctual, and careful working methods with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Motivated, organized, and trustworthy team player with a great eye for details.
