Role Purpose
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a highly motivated Scientific Recruiter to drive the companys growth strategy and hiring plans. This role will support different groups hiring plans from job description through to offer extension and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment services for the scientific, engineering, laboratory and manufacturing sectors.
Applicant must be a motivated team player who is extremely organized, professional, and possesses solid communication, written, and analytical skills. Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities
Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines of qualified candidates
Schedule, coordinate, and attend Recruiting events
Drive talent acquisition strategy company-wide
Utilizing various recruiting platforms as well as social media to identify well-qualified potential candidates for new internal positions
Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires
Work closely with internal stakeholders on developing job descriptions, and identifying key areas of search focus
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications, candidates, pipeline, etc.
Know about work authorizations and recruiting-related regs like the EEOC, Affirmative Action to name a few.

Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with on-boarding processes
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages
Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
Experience
6 years of full cycle recruiting experience required
2 years in the biotech/pharma/medical industry
2 years of experience with a start-up required
Experience with applicant tracking software required
License or Certifications
Certified sourcing professional strongly preferred
Education
Bachelors degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
