HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities
· HR Specialist assists with new hire orientation
· HR Specialist updates employee information
· HR Specialist assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
· HR Specialist coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
· HR Specialist prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
· HR Specialist must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
· HR Specialist must have experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
· HR Specialist must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· HR Specialist must have a strong attention to detail
