Looking for a HR professional to set up full processes and structure for a start up
Start up founded in 2016 currently using adhoc for tasks ranging from field, sales, marketing and outsourcing where possible. However, now need to create systems, culture, training, development, bonus structures etc..
Looking for someone to set up job profiles, processes, document and structure for working structure, business staffing, salary compensation and benefits, time management, performance, onboarding and off-boarding.
Can be on a project basis and depending on how this goes, could be a part-time support going forward as we do not anticipate a particularly large company.
Person does not necessarily need to know the details of employment law in different jurisdictions, but be able to guide where will/may need to consult specifically.
