Job Summary

The Director or HR Programs will act as the key point of contact between the COEs and the XGIE HRBP team to ensure effective delivery of key HR programs and initiatives. Program oversight will include: approach and calendar timelines for XGIE compensation, performance management, organization planning, workforce planning, employee satisfaction annual and bi-monthly deliverable coordination. For XGIE Compensation and Performance management this includes coordinating key milestone dates specific to XGIE, ensuring completion of performance management and compensation planning for the business unit. Coordinates with COE teams and HRBPs to ensure performance management processes are fair, on budget, and within corporate guidelines. Responsible for coordination of recurring workforce planning meetings. Lead the development of reporting package, coordinate with TA/HR Analytics/Finance teams to prepare materials and topics. Prepare SVP HR for meeting with President and leadership team. Responsible for coordination and delivery of eNPS insights packets coordinating with HR Analytics. Their work will establish robust program delivery that ensures the business and HR leaders better understand their role and timing of program execution. This role will work with diverse groups, including within the XGIE HR team, Finance, COEs, and with key business leaders within XGIE.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Act as an internal consultant, point of contact, and trusted advisor for stakeholders

Ensure coordination for key program deliverables and dates between the XGIE business leadership team, XGIE HR Leadership, and to COE's.

Responsibilities include program and timeline management with COEs, HRBPs, and business senior leadership, communication, training, and reference materials.

Drive cross-functional analytics partnerships and cross-functional business partnerships.

Take initiative to anticipate client needs and make recommendations.

Ensure the development of proper training and documentation for annual processes and programs (Year end compensation, Performance management and workforce planning efforts.

Provide ad hoc support as necessary to HR Leaders.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Minimum Requirements


7-10 years of experience working in an HR Business Partner role managing mid to large scale projects for the business

Prosci or Six Sigma experience preferred

Experience working in a matrixed environment and cross functionally with stakeholders
