Responsibilities
Handle recruiting cycle
Partner with agencies to fill various level roles
Analyze and calculate compensation
Forecast hiring costs
Analyze market salary trends
Qualifications
3-5 years in HR
Experience in recruiting and compensation
Banking industry background
Understanding of incentive compensation
Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000
