About THE ROLE
Our HR Operations team is the foundation that allows the business to fully support their people throughout the employee life cycle, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality service on time, every time.
We are actively looking for a passionate HR Operations Coordinator to join our team, coordinating all administrative HR activities within the NL market to ensure operational excellence and providing high quality support and service to our head office and store teams (+/- 450 colleagues).
You’ll be the first point of contact & subject matter experts on all HR Operational topics, personal data management, HR core systems and responsible for creating, maintaining and improve processes.
You will be a member of the HR NL Market team, situated at our European Head Office in Amsterdam and reporting into the Sr. HR Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Execution of operational transactions and processes, payroll and associates’ records management along the complete employee lifecycle and in accordance with relevant policies and regulations
HR Inbox categorisation and monitoring - Manage, resolve and track associates’ individual requests (cases) and system queries - GK, Storeforce and Workday.
Be the go-to person for all payroll related questions/issues/matters, Scheduling, Contracts and addendums and general administration for our NL office and store population
Manage and maintain core data in HR systems and act as a gatekeeper for completeness of associate files and data accuracy
Provide outstanding employee- and manager experience through execution of all HR core processes, from contracting/onboarding to off-boarding while ensuring full compliance with regulations and Internal and external policies
Ensure accurate and timely salary payment. Fully responsible for reviewing and recording information changes and the creation of uploads for monthly payroll
Adhere to the monthly payroll planning and communicate deadlines and responsibilities to all relevant stakeholders (Store Managers, HR team, Payroll)
Keeping up-to-date of continuously changing law and regulation (CLA Inretail) and ensure correct implementation & communication
KPI Monitoring and reporting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for effective workforce administration: identify problems, make recommendations and implement change.
Engage with wider HR team to deliver various HR Operational projects (for example new policy implementation) and support them with general administrative duties and various HR projects
Support the development of HR systems in identify issues and suggesting, driving and adopting fixes and system enhancements.
Share experience and knowledge with the team and support continued development of all HR Ops colleagues.
About YOU
You'll have previous customer service / HR experience and preferably transactional and technical knowledge in HR Ops (payroll administration, core data, document management)
You’ll have basic knowledge of relevant HR systems incl. document management tools, HR core systems (Workday is a pre)
You’ll have excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload and being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
You’ll have the ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times
You’ll have an outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, work accurate and a strong and proven ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
You’ll have the ability to analyse and interpret complex information and/or situations and apply pragmatic, simple and effective solutions in the provision of advice and support on complex HR Ops issues
You are technically proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in Dutch (verbally and in writing)
