Essential Functions: Partners with various Human Resources teams and business leaders to develop, assess, facilitate, and lead organizational development interventions, programs, and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. Leads the delivery and facilitation of large-scale talent and organizational development projects and/or programs, and tracks and reports status and outcomes. Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and work processes to determine company-wide programs and training initiatives that need to be changed or implemented to increase organizational effectiveness. Consults and coaches leaders to proactively assess needs of team and organization to develop solutions that enhance leadership and organizational performance. Serves as trusted advisor to business leaders, co-creating customized solutions that address the root cause of common challenges and/or issues. Designs and delivers development solutions that enhance the capabilities of internal qualified candidates for key business roles. Leads and facilitates change management activities to drive understanding and adaptability toward change. Creates, identifies, and shares resources, tools, and best practices for key organizational development initiatives. Provides value-added recommendations and assists with the design of organizational effectiveness projects relating to: leadership and team effectiveness, organization design, employee engagement and culture, talent management and development, change management, and strategic goal and process alignment. Collaborates with HR Business Partners to understand employee sentiment and feedback, organizational trends, and business needs to ensure implemented solutions address critical needs and reinforce business priorities. Assists with measuring the effectiveness of organizational development programs, systems, tools, and procedures; reviews and makes recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management..Education and Experience:Bacheloru2019s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or related field, highly preferred. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development with background in change management, and leadership coaching and development.Pay Range:95k-130ku00A0
