An Addison Group client is looking for an HRIS Administrator to immediately join their team! This is a mostly remote opportunity with occassional days working in the office in Blue Bell, PA.
Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert in Dayforce and train the organization on its capabilities
Maintain the HRIS applications, modules and updates
Oversee and ensure program integrity and fuction of the Dayforce system
Partner with organizational leaders to dive into workflow processes and leverage return on investment with its technologicial capabilities
Spearhead project initiatives and ensure timely completion
Work seamlessly with leadership team and all levels of staff to establish best practices with the Dayforce system and conduct long-term planning and initatives
Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for the HR dpeartment to ensure data integrity and report any issues
Support upgrades, patches and other technical projects as necessary
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, HR Management, Business Administration or related fields
5 years of relevant experience and at least 1 year of HRIS leadership
SHRM certified is preferred
Excellent verbal/written communicaiton
Excellent interpersonal and technical support
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
