In this vital role you will report to the HR Site Head for this new manufacturing plant located in New Albany, Ohio, near Columbus, and provide critical support in the development and execution of the site talent acquisition strategy and workforce plan, while fulfilling a prominent role in the creation of a strong culture in the midst of dynamic growth. This role will be responsible for supporting projects and initiatives that are critical to Amgens future success and requires strong ability to influence and deliver results. Primary responsibilities will include:
Basic Qualifications
Masters degree
OR
Bachelors degree and 2 years of Human Resources, DI&B and/or Talent Acquisition experience
OR
Associates degree and 6 years of Human Resources, DI&B and/or Talent Acquisition experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Human Resources, DI&B and/or Talent Acquisition experience
