Summary: The Org Change Senior Analyst is a strategic partner who supports our teams and clients in successfully delivering change projects. The Org Change Senior Analyst is leadership-minded, people-focused, and organized who supports the project’s strategic path and its people (clients and stakeholders). They support projects using established methods and processes to meet project goals and account for constraints, including scope, budget, and stakeholder needs. Most importantly, this role delivers on time, on budget projects, and builds lasting relationships with our team and clients, driving them to make reliable decisions, communicate clearly and directly, and solve problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the org change project plan and integration into PMO plan
Supports the development and implementation of the communication and training plan, in conjunction with training and communication resources within the org change team.
Supports stakeholder and end-user engagement activities
Owns the development and ongoing maintenance of the change and impact analysis
Supports the training needs analysis
Reinforces adherence to the plan and ensures successful adoption of change
Must possess excellent customer-facing skills, pay attention to details, and drive items to completion.
Must be a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, Organizational Development, Communication, Training, or other related areas. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable. Certification in an organizational change management methodology is a plus (ADKAR, Kotter, or internal organizational change management methodology.)
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience supporting efforts or teams in organizational change management or related areas (training, communications). On a large or complicated process, technology or corporate change project (mergers/acquisitions, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project, or organization realignments). Previous experience as an internal or external consultant working within all levels of the organization, including executives and business leaders. Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci, Kotter, etc.). COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including international.
Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships and work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to adjust to different leadership styles.
Ability to influence others and move toward a shared vision without formal authority.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Able to align business change initiatives with the corporate vision and mission – see the “big picture.” Able to digest and leverage complex business, organizational, and technical issues and challenges; flexible and adaptable to cultural differences; comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Strong time management skills and proven project management experience.
Must be organized with a natural inclination for translating strategy into tactics and deliverables. Must be a problem-solver, experienced in root cause analysis, and can work collaboratively with and through others. Must possess excellent customer-facing skills, pay attention to details, and drive items to completion. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated analytical and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases, especially Software/System Development Lifecycle; Familiar with/experience in individual influencer and behavioral issues is a plus.
