Roles and Responsibilities
Take care in all HR aspects of very international, complex client groups, which consist of top experts from the fields of R&D, project management, IT, finance, sales, service and quality work (approx. 150 employees) originating from different corners of the world, who are employed here in Prague
You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on employment law and compensation matters • You will manage your organizations in the corporate Workday system and the local OKBase system • Labor and legal documentation will be prepared for you by colleagues from the central HR Operations team, but now and then you have to be ready to deal with some paperwork • You will be the L&D leader for GE Aviation Czech, which entails responsibility for creating the annual education plan, managing its budget and smooth implementation, including coordination with the corporate education team. This also includes the management of foreign language teaching with an external supplier. However, a colleage - administrator helps with entering the training into the systems
Required Qualifications
You need previous experience supporting clients from internal HR, ideally as an HR Manager or HR business partner/HR generalist from a larger company • Knowledge of Workday and/or OKbase would be an advantage • You must speak English really well – half of your clients are foreigners and we use English at work all day long, Czech is also a must • You need to be able to work with Excel - filtering, formulas, vlookup functions, pivots really without a second glance - otherwise you will drown in manual work • We are looking for a mature personality who stays on top of things. A colleague who doesn't just give up easily - there's a lot of work, clients are sometimes demanding, you have to be able to prioritize and sometimes also be able to stand up for yourself. It's not a job for the faint of heart. At the same time, you are the person to whom everyone turns with their concerns, they will look to you for support and understanding. Balancing it all is a superhuman task at times :-). • You should not be surprised that our working world is very matrix-based and sometimes confusing • It is crucial for us that you can start as soon as possible, ideally immediately.
