Position Description:
Position Purpose:To manage the day-to-day activities and develop the competencies of the HR Intelligent Automation team and build a scalable automation capability to enable **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. HR transformation and maintain security. The team's primary purpose is to use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software to minimize the pain, reduce the cost of repetitive tasks and increase consistency and accuracy. The team consults with internal HR clients to identify strategic processes that are eligible for improvement and automation, enabling the HR team to work on more valuable activities vs. spending time on low value, manual tasks.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
30% Coordinate the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency. 30% Coordinate the design and development of dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR clients and business leaders within Home Depot. 20% Provide oversight and review projects and implementation of metrics to ensure successful execution and sustainability. 10% Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions, which include work allocation, training, development and problem resolution. 10% Attract, hire and retain employees.
Nature and Scope:
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, HR Analytics and Reporting. Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
