Human Resources Generalist
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required {preferred in Human Resources} Industry background Pharma, Medical Device, Manufacturing a plus.

SHRM certification a plus

At least 3 years Human Resources experience in:

HRIS

Payroll

Policy and Procedure

Excel Spreadsheets
Responsibilities:
Advise exempt and hourly work force - on policy, employment laws, etc.

Align business strategy with structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes

Administer performance appraisal system and programs

Handle immigration process and expatriate program in conjunction with outside council

Assist management in employee relation issues.
