Description:
- Partner with central Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to properly assess the skills and competencies needed for all open positions, support hiring process where needed.
- Coach managers in their role in support of key processes (annual performance appraisal, priority setting, compensation planning)
- Fosters function-based team effectiveness and employee engagement
- Supports managers through employee development, retention, leave of absence and / or resignation
- Provides HR project support for client-based needs (Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR experience with strong foundational Generalist skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of HCM systems helpful
- Strong MS Office skills needed
- Professional and reliable contributor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong learning agility
