. In this role, you
will lead **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s EMEA Business Recruiting team based in Dublin.
You will drive initiatives in support of our vision while providing strategic guidance to the business across our EMEA Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and G&A teams. You will exhibit and drive our team values of growth mindset & collaboration, striving for impact, and combining intuition and data to make informed decisions.
What will I be doing? 🚀
Coach, empower, and invest in the development of a high-performing team who demonstrates our values and drive towards recruitment delivery.
Partner across the Recruiting and People Leadership teams to design and implement functional and global recruiting strategies and initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor and provide consultative partnership throughout the organization on all aspects of recruitment.
Contribute to building a talent brand strategy that helps attract top talent and execute against the recruitment marketing initiatives for the EMEA GTM and G&A teams.
Analyze data and metrics to strategically support business objectives and provide visibility to stakeholders on hiring trends and insights.
Be responsible for the recruitment delivery of your team.
Build and iterate clear recruiting diversity strategies alongside cross functional partners.
What skills do I need? 📖
7 years of recruiting experience ideally in a high growth technology environment.
3 years of people management experience in recruiting.
Proven ability partnering with senior leaders to solve recruiting challenges and design and implement talent attraction strategies, ideally for Sales, Marketing and G&A teams.
Experience leading, coaching and developing recruiters and empowering your team to exceed hiring goals.You are passionate about unlocking and maximising your team's potential.
Experience managing and executing strategic cross functional projects and initiatives.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the EMEA Talent Market.
