Job Summary
Responsible for multiple Human Resources functions and works directly with leadership team. Partners with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Oversees the coordination of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Core Responsibilities
Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
Oversees, handles and manages Employee Relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and it's employees.
Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Additional Job Responsibilities
Leads cross functional teams and projects related to HR initiatives that impact all aspects of the region or function – leads this work across the division, bringing together regional and division office resources for consistent execution and collaboration.
Coordinates all annual processes including merit and annual performance management process.
Leads processes for effective implementation of large scale reorganization activity, including system changes, severance processing, and other system supports.
Reviews and reports on HR and employee data, business trends and results to help build business strategy. Reconciles findings with business requirement specifications, designs, and plans.
Recommends and implements workflow processes improvements across the HR team. Develops processes and procedures to drive efficiencies.
Supports and executes local, Division and Corporate projects and initiatives.
Operates HRIS system to maintain appropriate data integrity. Acts as an HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Human Resources Business Partners.
Prepares presentations and other informational documents in support of region/function HR plans.
Ensures compliance to state and federal labor and wage and hour programs and regional lead on internal/external audits
Brings forward innovative ideas based on data analysis including internal and external benchmarking
