This role can be done virtually anywhere in the U.S. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk Solutions. As a Talent Specialist, you will report directly to the Talent Manager, Benefit Counselor Operations. In conjunction with the Talent Manager, this position provides support and coordination of successful staffing and talent management strategies for the collective on-call Benefit Counselor talent pool (call center and field). What will your day look like?Aid in review of initial video interviews for field benefit counselors, provide hiring recommendationsProvide Talent Acquisition with assistance in phone interviews for on-call benefit counselorsAssist in providing feedback and hiring recommendations from the business as a follow up to the open house eventsPerform outreach to current talent pool via counselor communications to gauge commitmentSupport administrative tasks as needed for broader Benefit Counselor Operations projects and initiativesAssists in coordinating staffing on individual client projects with enrollment counselors with goal of exceeding our service goalsResponsible for coordinating and communicating key messaging and newsletters to enrollment counselors Maintains data necessary to organize, advance, manage and track counselors according to established procedures and expectationsKeeps accurate records of all counselor contact and projects assigned in the Counselor DatabaseAssists in the onboarding process by acting as a liaison with key stakeholdersKey Background2 years of experience in a project coordinator, talent specialist roleHR/Talent and/or Project Coordination experience and skills a plusIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPointAble to manage multiple and shifting priorities, effective in dealing with ambiguity in a highly matrixed organizationEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
