 Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Learning Coordinator, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  This position is a key contributor to Woodward’s Learning and Performance team and reports to the Director of Learning and Performance. This position is responsible for the management of  the Woodward University program deployment and enterprise learning plan, Learning Management System administration, management of the Woodward Learning Center, and assists in the coordination of large scale training program rollouts.

 

The key responsibilities for this position span all aspects of learning and development including the development and/or management of Woodward University’s enterprise learning plan, global program implementation, learning metrics, budget, external vendor liaison, and content strategy.  As the Learning Management System administrator, this role oversees training requests, content creation & design standards, training new users, and reporting functions.

What you will be doing 


Manages, in partnership with business groups and functions, the development and implementation of Woodward University’s enterprise learning plan, including the coordination of facilitators (internal and external), materials sourcing, roster management, and heavy partnership with local human resources to administer the programs and budget
Management of the Woodward Learning Center (Headquarters). This includes client partnership management with Facilities, Information Technology, and onsite Food and Beverage supplier
Act as Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).  This includes: Responsible for upholding the LMS governance, tracking and responding to training requests for the organization, communicating and creating content standards and guidelines as well as creating and loading content into the LMS, management of the content repository, course catalog, training, reporting and liaison/help desk for membership. Member of the LMS Steering Team and leads the LMS Extended Steering Team.
Deliver and design communications includes management of the department SharePoint site
Lead the training effort for the LMS user groups across the organization and supports the development and deployment of the content strategy for the enterprise
Create and manage the branding and communications strategy for the department; develops standard work, guidelines and initiatives
Managing and tracking training programs from initial requirements to designated revisions and retirements
Administer Woodward University metrics to measure the impact of learning programs and processes in meeting business goals
Develop and implement instructional design standards to support employees who are learning content creators
Global lead for enterprise training programs and roll outs - creates standard work for event execution, assists in sourcing materials, vendor and enterprise liaison 

','!*!What We Are Looking For 


2-5 years experience in the Learning and Development Department
Advanced computer skills including complete MS Office Environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Articulate, SharePoint).  Knowledge and ability to use general office equipment, such as copiers, printers, computers, etc.
1 year LMS Administrator experience preferred, designing curricula and adult learning, delivering and maintaining learning programs
Background in HR Generalist activities, preferred
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization, preferred
