Job Summary
As Sr. Manager, International Benefits, the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment as a member of the International Total Rewards CoE to deliver a portfolio of employee benefits, health, and wellness programs across a global footprint of over 30 countries outside the United States. Role develops and enhances communications, governance, and analytics strategies to optimize our portfolio and assure our programs are competitive, culturally relevant, and compliant. Role collaborates with colleagues and leaders across Human Resources, support functions and external vendors to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and business strategies.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develops and maintains International CoE portfolio standards inclusive of project delivery constructs, budget forecasting and tracking, and core frameworks.
Partners across International CoE, Global Benefits Team, HR Service Delivery, and other key partner groups to document and develop core processes in alignment with HR Operating Model.
Applies continuous improvement and lifecycle management strategies to Int'l CoE vendor management; participating in vendor evaluations and RFPs as needed.
Supports development of next generation of International Benefits, Global Mobility and Governance strategies by providing internal and external data intelligence.
Leads applicable transitions (M&A, Roadmap Projects, etc.) from project to business-as-usual operations including handoffs to key partners such as operations and/or payroll as needed.
Supports deployment of enterprise wide, global benefits across the non-US footprint.
CoE lead/point of contact for annual/business as usual activities as required
Oversees the design and administration of retirement, profit-sharing, thrift, group medical/surgical, disability and life plans.
Selects and supervises Benefits consultants, brokers, trustees and provides any necessary legal assistance.
Ensures that the Company retains a competitive benefits posture in the marketplace.
Reviews and evaluates recommendations regarding plan changes and modifications.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
